By car

From Manhattan

• Take FDR North to Third Avenue bridge.
• Stay left to get onto Major Deegan/87 North.
• Exit at 138th/Grand Concourse.
• Take Grand Concourse to 156th Street and turn right.
• Street will dead end; turn left onto Concourse Village West. Parking garage is available on your left ($8/day).
• Make first right back onto 156th Street.
• I.S. 151 is in the middle of the block on the right.

From New Jersey via the George Washington Bridge

• After crossing bridge follow signs for Major Deegan/87 South.
• Take Major Deegan/87 South.
• Take exit 5 towards E. 161st Street/Macombs Dam Bridge and make a left at first light.
• Go to Grand Concourse (just under the overpass).
• Take Grand Concourse to 156th Street and turn left.
• Street will dead end; turn left onto Concourse Village West. Parking garage is available on your left ($8/day).
• Make first right back onto 156th Street.
