Staff
The success of KIPP NYC alumni and the KIPP to College program depends on the quality of its staff. In general, KTC draws its staff from universities, teaching colleges, the business world, job fairs, and word of mouth. Applicants go through an intensive interview process, and KTC staff are selected on the basis of many traits, including educational background, experience teaching or working with youth in another capacity, and dedication to the KIPP NYC mission.
